Transformations

Transformations alter Isaac's appearance and grant him special abilities.

A transformation occurs when obtaining at least two different items from a particular set of items. These collectibles always share a particular theme that corresponds with the transformation.

The Ascent of Isaac : Godmode adds 3 new Transformations

Celeste		Celestial TailCelestial Collar Celestial PawJack-Of-All-Trades	Gives Flight. Constantly spawns little yellow tears around Isaac. Those tears home into nearby enemies which deal around 20% of Isaac's current Damage.
Cultist	Example	Adramolechs BlessingBlack Candle ExplosivoFire Mind Hot BombsJack-Of-All-Trades Paschal Candle Pyromaniac Red Candle Smelter The Candle Vengeful Spirit	Spawns a candle familiar which loosely follows Isaac while regularly shooting 3 piercing blue fire projectiles at the closest enemy. Those projectiles deal around 4-5 damage.
Cyborg	Example	9 VoltAnalog Stick Broken ModemCar Battery Doctors Remote Gold Plated Battery Jack-Of-All-TradesJumper Cables Metal Plate Technology Technology 2 Tech.5 Tech X The Battery	Grants immunity to explosions, and crush damage. Every time Isaac uses an active item with charges, spawn 8 bombs in circle around him.
