Forbidden Knowledge is a Passive Item from The Ascent of Isaac: Godmode.


Effects

  • When picking up a Red Heart.png Red Heart, does one of the following:
    • 20% chance to spawn a Bomb.png Bomb.
    • 15% chance to spawn a https://bindingofisaacrebirth.fandom.com/wiki/Keys Key.
    • 40% chance to spawn a Penny.png Penny.
    • 25% chance to do nothing.
  • These chances are weighed differently depending on the type of red heart, with Double Heart.png Double Hearts giving the best rewards and Half Red Heart.png Red Hearts giving the worst rewards.
  • Contributes towards the Bookworm transformation.
