When Isaac gives Pennies to the Fruit Beggar. They have a chance to drop one of the following item. The items dropped are mainly fruit themed.

	Fruit Flies	They've got the good stuff	1.0/1.0	Summons 3 Fruit Flies to grow with you. Each room clear, each fly gains a stacking 3% chance to burst into a random fruit, spawning a sleeping baby Fruit Fly. Sleeping Fruit Flies will wake up after 2 rooms.
	The Carrot	Sight up?	1.0/1.0	+1 Heart Container. On entering a new stage, reveals either Secret Rooms, special rooms, or the map layout. With more instances of The Carrot, multiple reveals are selected, with 3 instances granting an effect akin to The Mind.
	Rotten Tomato	Delicious!	1.0/1.0	Adds a chance to fire tears that mark enemies with the Bait status effect. Enemies marked as bait are attacked by other enemies.
	Candy Heart	Power of love	1.0/1.0	Gives Isaac a permanent stat boost whenever he heals with Red Heart pickups.
	Yum Heart	Reusable regeneration	1.0/1.0	Restores one full Red Heart.
	Fruit Cake	Rainbow effects!	1.0/1.0	Isaac's tears gain a random effect that changes every shot.
	Apple!	Trick or treat?	1.0/1.0	+0.3 Tears. Adds a chance to fire a razor blade that deals 4× Isaac's Damage.
	Ghost Pepper	Flame tears	1.0/1.0	Gives a chance to shoot blue fires alongside tears that become smaller as they travel.
	Bird's Eye	It burns	1.0/1.0	Gives a chance to shoot fires alongside tears that block enemy shots and deal damage to enemies that touch them.
