Pickups

The Ascent of Isaac : Godmode adds 9 new types of Pickups. More information about Pickups in general can be found in the vanilla page.

Name	Appearance	Information
Fruits		Grant a stat boost upon pick up which slowly decreases over time. The speed at which the stat reduces depends of how much boost there is left, going slower, the more it reduces. They spawn more commonly in Fruit Cellar. Ratty loves to steal them! The stat being boosted depends of the fruit picked up: Apple increases Damage Banana increases Shot Speed Kiwi increases Range Grapes increase Speed Orange increases Tears
Heart Containers		Grants a +1 max health upon pick up. Spawns commonly in Secret Rooms or after defeating a Sin miniboss.
Red Coin		Grants one Coin and adds a Red Coin to the new Red Coin Meter. You can see the Red Coin Meter by pressing Tabs. Getting 5 Red Coins in the same run grants you one 1up! Spawns commonly in Treasure Rooms and Secret Rooms.
Secret Light		Appears as hidden beams of light. Upon being stepped on, they rewards one of the following: a Penny a Bomb a Double Bomb a Key a Lil' Battery a Pill a Card half a Red Heart a Chest a Locked Chest an Item a Trinket Spawns commonly in Treasure Rooms and Secret Rooms.
Pile of Keys		Consumable that only spawns in Blue Womb if Blue Womb Rework has been activated Acts as a multiple use Cracked Key with maximum 8 uses.
Torn Page		Triggers a random effect from any Book item.
Stream of Consciousness		While Call of the Void is active, a random non-special room is selected to spawn a Stream of Consciousness. When used: Decreases the players' Damage and Firerate by 5% for the stage. Destroys all Call of the Void's active charges. Click here for a complete explanation.
Delirious Heart		Only spawns after getting Birthright as Tainted Deli. Has 20% chance to replace any Soul Heart. Grants one eye for his protecting Halo/damage output.
Sugar PIll		20% chance to replace any pill after defeating The Fallen Light as Tainted Magdalene In addition to the pill's default effects, heals Half Red Heart (or half a soul heart if you are maxed out with red health) and a temporary item effect from the item pool for the duration of the room.
