	The Ladle	Slurp with love!	1.0/1.0	+1 Heart Container. +0.1 Movement Speed. +0.1 Movement Speed after taking damage, stackable up to 5 times. On entering a new stage, the stackable bonus is reset.
	Cup O' Nog	Nice and Hearty	1.0/1.0	+2 Red Heart Container. Heals 4 Red health. +3.0 Luck. If Christmas Mode is activated, all players will get this item.
	The Carrot	Sight up?	1.0/1.0	+1 Heart Container. On entering a new stage, reveals either Secret Rooms, special rooms, or the map layout. With more instances of The Carrot multiple reveals are selected, with 3 instances granting an effect akin to The Mind.
	Nosebleed	I think it's stopping!	1.0/1.0	Grants a 150% Damage multiplier whenever a room is entered, gradually fading over the course of 8 seconds.
	Soul Food	Good for you	1.0/1.0	+2 Soul Hearts. +1 Luck.
	Devil's Food	The Lie	1.0/1.0	+2 Black Hearts. +1.0 Damage.
	Angel Food	Forbidden	1.0/1.0	+1 Golden Heart. +1 Soul Heart. +0.5 Tears. +20% Gilded chance.
	Fruit Salad	Healthy Snack	1.0/1.0	+1 Heart Container. +2 Red Hearts. +1 Soul Heart. Spawns 8 random Fruits pickups, each granting a small, temporary buff.
	Hysteria	Easily overwhelmed	0.1/1.0	+0.05 Fire Delay per living enemy or boss. +0.25 Tears per living boss.
